If you are currently struggling with Motivation
I have a few questions to ask you:
What are your goals?
Are you committed to your goals?
How’s your Mindset?
Are you feeling overwhelmed?
I ask you those questions above because I know that they can be hard to answer especially when someone asks you in person.
So, I want you to take the time to answer them privately in your own time to understand - what you want to achieve in your fitness journey?
Because, It's difficult to be motivated when you
Haven’t taken the time to find out:
What is it you want?
Can you actually commit to your goals?
Are you always looking at the negative with anything that happens?
Have you actually been taking actions?
I can fully relate to you because,
There was a point in time when I was posting everyday on my social media when all of a sudden I got ill with temperatures reaching as high as 38.6
I found it hard to do anything; however, I know what my goals are for my platforms and that is:
- To give value and share my experience to people who take the time to read my blogs and posts
I'm here to tell you that it's OK and completely normal to feel the way your feeling now
I could have just rested and make an excuse to not post even though I knew deep down if there's one thing I can do is write something down to hopefully inspire someone to start taking actions
In fact, after making a post on that day, I instantly felt a bit better knowing that I had accomplished something.
You have to remember that what your feeling is temporary and when you start taking actions the results are rewarding
Furthermore, if you are new to my page, let me share a quick story about myself:
I have battled being Overweight and Obese all my young life up to the age of 18, almost 19 years old!
