What You Put In Is What You Get

You can’t expect results if you’re not doing what you know you’re supposed to be doing

We all want to see the result of our hard work because that is the main reason why we all started this journey.

However, what often happens with people is that their expectations are unrealistic which leads to losing the drive to continue.

For example, you can’t expect to look like that person you see in the gym after 3 months of training.

Simply because they’ve been working out and looking after their nutrition for years.

I always keep it clear with clients before they start working with me.

Letting them know that it could take time to reach their goals depending on where they are currently in regards to:

-Fitness Level

-Body fat percentage

-Availability

and more

The reality is that results will happen gradually once you make that commitment to yourself that you will keep going.

You are better off working out 2 x a week every week

Rather than working out 6 days a week for 2 weeks.

I hope you find value in this post.
