Weekly Check Ins

This is my story. I used to be obese, had low self-esteem and Low energy. I was insecure about almost everything and anything to do with me. My weight problem started when I was young, which eventually got worse when my family and I moved to England 15 years ago. I had to adjust in a country with a completely different environment and not knowing anyone made it worse. I had difficulty fitting in, making new friends and I was not able to speak or understand English at the time. I suppose food was my escape from reality.
 

Now I am a Fitness Trainer who enjoys sharing my experience by creating videos and documenting it on different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. I aim to inspire and give people training ideas, nutrition advice, help improve lifestyle and more. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be a challenging endeavour. My goal is to make an impact by helping you improve your physical and most importantly, your mental health.
 

Fitness is a way to improve and better yourself. Enjoying the process is key.
 

My philosophy emphasises the importance of ‘Balance’. Having the correct balance is a key aspect in maintaining your commitments and ensuring an enjoyable experience. I integrate proper fitness training and nutrition to your lifestyle and will create and sustain lifelong improvements to your overall well-being.
